What initially attracted you to work with our company, and what makes you stay?
Keller Williams is a big name in Texas, which is where I am from so it just made sense to see what they had to offer. Plus I LOVE the color Red❤️ I stay because of the authenticity of the Gary Keller and all who work with him. The education is amazing, the opportunities for agents referrals pays my cap each year and I love all the friendly faces at the office.
Can you describe a specific experience or moment where you felt particularly supported or valued by our company?
As a new agent I had a lot of questions and down the hall from my office was a strong husband and wife team that made time for me and helped me every step of the way. Our agents have a giving heart that shows!
How has working with our company helped you achieve your career goals?
I wanted to make a 6-figure income to support my family and achieved that in my first year because of the systems Gary Keller has put in place to train new agents.

The culture of helping those around you to be successful, the comradery.
Can you describe a specific experience or moment where you felt particularly supported or valued by our company?
It’s more than business, when my grandma passed away I received condolences flowers and a card and felt the love from those around me. And on the business side being offered opportunities to sit in a room with agents who have mastered the art of being in real estate so I can push myself to be a stronger agent. I love those types of opportunities.

I love being surrounded by high producing and driven agents as well as supportive admin. I love masterminds, group events, social events. All of it keeps me motivated and I love being around others that are successful because it drives me.
