1. Tell us about yourself and your experience with KWSA.

I have been licensed for 10 years. I am a former KWSA Team Leader and Co-Owner of Team Integrity.

2. What made you pursue becoming a KWU Approved Trainer?

I want to provide value to agents across Keller Williams and build relationships with agents for future opportunities.

4. How do you see this role as a KWU Approved Trainer helping you in your real estate career?

I always believe that if you want to get better at something, then you should teach it. Not only will this help my real estate career, but it will also open up more relationships with top agents across the country.

5. What are your long term goals around training at KW?

My long term goal is to become a nationally recognized trainer within Keller Williams.

6. What one piece of advice would you give to an Agent who wants to become a KWU Approved Trainer?

Sign up for “Train the Presenter.” This class will benefit you regardless if you plan on going through the whole process.

7. What does 2024 look like for you when it comes to this new role?

My goal is to teach in 6 Market Centers outside of Arizona by the end of the year.
